Please read the Terms and Conditions of this Customer Agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase a tour and/or tour-related products listed on IdeamasTravel.com. This agreement with help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and IdeamasTravel. By becoming a IdeamasTravel.com customer, you agree that you have read, understand and agree with the following Terms and Conditions, and give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said Terms and Conditions, including any updates thereto. IdeamasTravel has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. IdeamasTravel encourages you to print out a copy of this agreement to review and bring it with you on your trip.
Your Eligibility
You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use IdeamasTravel.com only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Your Responsibility Top
Before making reservations, it is your responsibility to read the fine print associated with your desired product including, but not limited to, the following sections: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase.
Once you have completed your reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.
Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket Top
1. Immediately after submitting your reservation/order, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email. This Receipt of Reservation does not guarantee seat availability.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting payment for your reservation/order, you will be notified via email of your reservation’s status.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email after we confirm your reservation and all requirements and arrangements have been finalized for your tour. Tour details and contact information for the local tour operator will be included on your E-Tickets for your convenience and reconfirmation purposes.
4. Simply print out your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of your departure. E-tickets will serve as your proof of purchase and a boarding pass. IdeamasTravel advises you to call the local tour operator to reconfirm your flight arrival information and pick-up schedule before your departure.
Privacy and Data Collection Top
IdeamasTravel.com is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. IdeamasTravel.com collects information from our users at several different points on our website in order to process reservations and better serve you with pertinent information. Information collected includes name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address and payment information such as credit card. IdeamasTravel.com also requires you to submit a username and password of your choice for future access to your information. Your username and password is to remain confidential and you should not share this information with anyone. IdeamasTravel’s information practices are further described in its Privacy and Security Policy. IdeamasTravel’s Privacy and Security Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that use of data as described in the Privacy and Security Policy is not an actionable breach of your privacy or publicity rights.
Travel Insurance
IdeamasTravel strongly recommends our customers acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. IdeamasTravel does not currently offer any travel arrangements. The tour products listed on IdeamasTravel.com are operated by independent tour providers. We act as agent for providers of tours, transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. IdeamasTravel shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. You agree that IdeamasTravel will not be liable for any costs or damages arising out of a dispute or disagreement between you and any participating provider or a third party for anything that is in any way related to this site or the use of information contained in this site, and you hereby expressively waive any such claim against IdeamasTravel and its owner, members, officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries, agents and representatives. IdeamasTravel suggests that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.
Tour Amendments and Cancellation
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riots and many other uncontrollable circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.
Language
Tours are escorted by professional English or bi- or multi-lingual tour guide and/or driver guides. In order to meet the language needs of the majority of passengers on a tour coach, tours and/or languages may be combined to enable operation of the tours. You have the responsibility to inform us of your language needs when you book the tour online.
Passports and Visas
You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. IdeamasTravel cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents.
You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. IdeamasTravel will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
Pricing, Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please be aware all prices are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Prices may vary due to availability. For example, prices may increase during holidays. All prices are subject to confirmation. Further details about IdeamasTravel’s cancellation and refund practices are described in Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. IdeamasTravel’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making an online reservation.
Buy 2, Get 1 or 2 Discounted Offers
Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least seven days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30.00 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers. Cancellations within seven days of tour departure date are subject to the Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy. No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a penalty fee (fees are dependent upon the tour) per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

IdeamasTravel’s Standard Amendment, Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of this Agreement, and you agree that you have read and approve of all its content before making your online reservation.
Ticket Sales and Shipping
Please note that credit card ticket purchases will only be shipped and delivered to the billing address associated with the credit card that is used. Guest purchasing through wire transfer, money order, cashier’s checks, traveler’s check or cash can arrange delivery to noted address or hotel. Tickets not received and/or lost in mail will not be replaced unless insurance is purchased. Ticket(s) usually arrive within seven days from the date of purchase if office pick-up is not chosen.
1) Delivery to friend’s/relative’s address: Guest bears the responsibility of noting the recipient (collector) and recipient’s phone number (collector’s phone number) when completing the shipping information during the checkout process. Tickets can only be delivered within the United States.
2) Delivery to Hotel: Guest bears the responsibility of noting hotel name, address, phone number and suite/room number when completing the shipping information during the checkout process. Tickets can only be delivered within the United States.
3) Insurance: Insurance is automatically added to ticket purchases with shipping costing more than $500.00. The additional fee will be added to the price of the reservation. IdeamasTravel automatically adds an insurance premium to ensure that tickets get to the noted delivery address.
For purchases under $500.00, insurance can be purchased as an option. The insurance only covers the contents of the parcel until delivery. IdeamasTravel will not send replacement ticket(s) for lost/stolen ticket(s) after they have been delivered to the noted delivery address.
Airport Transfers/ Flight Information
Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self transfer to the tour’s first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services cannot be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, IdeamasTravel/local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however, this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.
Travel companion
All travel companions parties agree to take the tour together on their own will and accord. Disparities financially, culturally, or personally are each party’s responsibility to resolve and must not affect the overall tour in any fashion. If one party cancels their part of the tour, all additional penalties or charges associated with the cancellation of the departing party’s tour must be paid by the departing party in full. This ensures the departing party leaves the attending parties and their tour in good standing.
Travel Companion orders are nonrefundable after the payments have been submitted by each travel companion party. Travel Companion tours cannot change departure dates unless all parties consent to the departure date change. Airport transfers for Travel Companion orders follow the same standards as airport transfers provided on normal tours. No additional room alteration to a tour may be made once the tour has been confirmed. Default tour rooms are standard double rooms with two queen size or full size beds unless otherwise specified. Additional bedding arrangements will come at additional fees if available and will be the responsibility of the travel companion party.
All parties herein agree to the policies and bindings of a Travel Companion bookings and terms and conditions and have agreed to the continuation of the tour in each party’s good faith and understanding.Multiple pick-up locations and times may not be available for all tours. Travel Companion parties must decide on one pick-up location to meet at for the tour (for tours offering pick-up location services) or one airport transfer service time (for tours offering airport transfer services; one airport and one transfer per party). We suggest the selected pick-up location to be equidistant from each travel companion or the selected airport transfer time to be the later of the two airport arrivals (Early arrival travel companions should wait for the later arrival travel companion for one transfer).
Chargeback
You hereby waive any objection you may have to IdeamasTravel’a use of electronic records with Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or banks that issue credit cards should it be necessary for IdeamasTravel to respond to a chargeback. You agree that IdeamasTravel does business electronically by email, so email is accepted as the form of delivery of the services provided by IdeamasTravel. You are not ordering tickets to be delivered in person or by mail, so you agree to accept email as the form of delivery and instructs Discover, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and banks that issue credit cards that email delivery constitutes delivery of services in this transaction.
You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of services not rendered if IdeamasTravel can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof that the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by IdeamasTravel computer system, by email (by providing a copy of the transmission record showing the email was successfully sent to the email address provided, by email (by providing a signed statement by the person who deposited the E-Ticket in the Pos Malaysia Service). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes filing chargebacks claiming fraud if you claim the name of IdeamasTravel was not recognized by you. In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a written statement to the credit card company confirming the charge is correct and should be paid and agree to send a email copy of this letter to IdeamasTravel, Attention: Chargeback, online@ideamastravel.com.
In the event legal action is necessary for by IdeamasTravel to collect money taken away from IdeamasTravel through a chargeback or to collect the Chargeback Fee, you agree to pay IdeamasTravel’s legal expenses if IdeamasTravel wins the lawsuit.
Medical Conditions, Pregnancy and Travel
If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand IdeamasTravel or local provider is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.
Disabilities and Travel
We embrace all people, regardless of colors or physical conditions. One of our goals is to provide free access and expand travel opportunities for people with special needs in the United States and abroad. We are exploring more travel products to accommodate this special population; however, yet, not all the travel products we currently offer include special accommodations. You are responsible to verify with us before you book travel to ensure that special arrangement can be made if it is required for your needs. IdeamasTravel or local provider is not liable for any incidences or consequences incurred during travel or complaints or lawsuits during or after travel due to your failure to inform us of your special needs. You also have the responsibility to re-confirm with us, after we reserve seats for you, that special accommodation will be provided per your request.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
IdeamasTravel uses reasonable efforts to have accurate, complete and current information on its website. However, since travel and tour rates are constantly changing, we do not warrant that all information is up-to-date or free of technical or typographical errors. It is the user’s responsibility to verify any information before relying on it. We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within this site without prior notice. Access to, and use of, this website and the content thereof is at the risk of the user. In certain instances, we have provided links to other websites solely for your convenience. These sites are not maintained or controlled by IdeamasTravel, and we are not responsible for their content. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses and other items of a harmful or destructive nature.
If your contact information, including but not limited to, your email address, phone number, physical address or other data is incorrect, IdeamasTravel will not assume any liability for information not received by the customer/consumer.
Choice of Law, Waiver, and Claims
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of the IdeamasTravel website and service, you (the Customer) agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the County of Los Angeles, California and therefore agree to file any grievance or suit of any kind exclusively in the courts located within the County of Los Angeles. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. IdeamasTravel’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between IdeamasTravel and the product providers or between IdeamasTravel and any other of its Corporate Partners. Neither the product providers nor any Corporate Partner shall have the ability to create any obligation on IdeamasTravel’s behalf. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and IdeamasTravel with respect to the use of IdeamasTravel.com.
SMS service
All SMS are sent through the IdeamasTravel brand, we only use SMS to log in, send order details and some special offers, please note that we do not charge any fees, most SMS are one-time. By entering a number, you agree to receive SMS messages. Frequency varies, and data rates may apply. You can find our T&Cs at https://www.ideamastravel.com/terms-and-conditions/ and our Privacy Policy at https://www.ideamastravel.com/terms-and-conditions/ We are responsible for the content of our SMS.
Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer read and review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy.
What CAN be Refunded:
• Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
• Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
• Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
• No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
• Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
• Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
Our Cancellation Policy
The Cancellation Policies listed below apply to all reservations unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under “Special Notes.” Please carefully review the “Special Notes” of your tour prior to booking. Please know that IdeamasTravel will always adhere to individual tour policies when applicable.
Free Cancellation
Single Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 Days in advance of the start date of the experience for a full refund.
• Admission tickets/passes or skip-the-line tickets excluded. Please check special notes as some tours are non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Reservation
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail. Verbally speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Please make sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number.

Booking Conditions
* Booking Conditions only applies to private and custom travel packages.
Land Payments: For all bookings, a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 per person is required to confirm land services. In special cases a larger deposit may be required. Confirmation of hotel space and ground services will not be requested until the deposit has been received. Deposit amount will be applied towards the final invoice. Alternate properties will be offered in the event the quoted hotel is not available. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. Late payments may result in cancellation or a late payment fee of $50.00 per traveler. Bookings require a minimum of services, including hotels and ground services. Programs are sold as a package only and no price breakdown will be provided. One re-quote or estimate will be provided free of charge.
Air Payments: Air pricing is subject to change until paid in full. Carrier terms and conditions apply. Once your air schedule is confirmed, any alterations risk the loss of air space and/or increased airfares. IdeamasTravel does not hold block space on any airline and does not guarantee air availability.
Change fees: Changes made after deposit has been received are subject to a $50.00 fee by IdeamasTravel for all permitted changes made prior to receipt of final payment and issuance of documents. Changes made after documents have been issued are subject to a $50.00 per person fee. It is the traveler’s responsibility to make sure that the confirmed itinerary is correct. Within 30 days of departure all itineraries are considered finalized, and no changes will be made. Once travel has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the expense of the traveler.
Tour Inclusions and Exclusions: All accommodations, hotel taxes, arrival and departure transfers, transport with bottled water, English speaking guides, sightseeing, excursions and meals with water/soft drinks as stated in your tour itinerary are all included in the cost of your tour.
The following items are not included in your tour cost: Travel insurance, tips, alcohol, excess baggage charges, personal expenses, visa and border charges.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan.
Claims and Refunds: Anything not specifically mentioned as included is at traveler’s own expense. In the unlikely event of problems with a hotel, transfer, tour or other services, immediately contact the manager of the hotel or the supplier to resolve the matter on the spot. If further assistance is needed, contact your IdeamasTravel specialist. Little can be rectified after the fact, so it is very important to address all problems at the time of occurrence. No refunds will be made in the event of “no show” or trip interruption. Claims must be made in writing and within 30 days of tour completion.
Forms of Payment: Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Wire Transfer, and Cash Deposit.
Passports and Visas: All travelers must be in possession of a valid passport and are responsible for any required visas.
Why and when do we request supporting documentation from you?
IdeamasTravel.com takes every precaution to protect your security. In order to continue to provide you with our lowest possible price and protect you against credit card fraud, we require the following documentation if one of the following applies to your purchase. Failure to provide the required verification documents for a reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation with cancellation fees incurred based on the cancellation date:
• Credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour
• Your billing address CANNOT be verified by our system
• Credit card transaction amount is more than $4,000.00
What supporting documentation is required?
1. A filled-out and dated Credit Card Holder Verification Form signed by the credit card holder.
2. A copy of the guest’s passport if credit card holder is NOT one of the guests who will join the tour
